     Rt. Rev. William Barnard was born in 1697.2 He is the son of John Barnard and Isabella (?)2 He married Anne Stone.3 He died on 10 January 1768.2 He was buried at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England.2
     He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)4 He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England.2 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He held the office of Bishop of Raphoe in 1747.2 He held the office of Bishop of Londonderry.2

     Mary Canning is the daughter of Stratford Canning and Letitia Newburgh.1,2 She married Rev. Dr. Henry Barnard, son of Rt. Rev. William Barnard and Anne Stone, in December 1762 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.2,3
     From December 1762, her married name became Barnard.2,3

     Sir William Bruce of Stenhouse, 7th Bt. was born on 27 March 1739.2 He was the son of Sir Michael Bruce of Stenhouse, 6th Bt. and Mary Agnew.1 He married Anne Colquhoun Cuningham-Fairlie, daughter of Sir William Cuningham-Fairlie of Robertland and Fairlie, 6th Bt. and Anne Colquhoun, in June 1795.3 He died on 17 November 1827 at age 88.3
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Bruce, of Stenhouse [N.S., 1628] on 1 November 1795.1

     Marianne Dallas was the daughter of Sir George Dallas, 1st Bt.1 She married, firstly, Captain Sir Peter Parker, 2nd Bt., son of Vice-Admiral Christopher Parker and Augusta Barbara Charlotte Byron, in 1809.1,2 She married, secondly, Michael Bruce, son of Patrick Craufurd Bruce and Jane Smith, on 15 August 1818.1 She died on 20 February 1851.1
     From before 1818, her married name became Parker.1 From 15 August 1818, her married name became Bruce.1

     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Grenadier Guards.1
