Major Victor Reginald Brooke1

     Major Victor Reginald Brooke was born on 22 January 1873.1 He was the son of Sir Victor Alexander Brooke, 3rd Bt. and Alice Sophia Bellingham.1 He died on 29 August 1914 at age 41, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902, where he was wounded and mentioned in despatches twice.1 He gained the rank of Major in the 9th Lancers.1 He fought in the Kabul Mission in 1904.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.)1 He fought in the First World War.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1

     Alice Mildred Brooke was born on 4 March 1875.1 She was the daughter of Sir Victor Alexander Brooke, 3rd Bt. and Alice Sophia Bellingham.1 She married Lt.-Col. James Ramsay Campbell, son of George Ramsay Campbell and Lucy Lindsey, on 28 September 1896.1 She died on 13 November 1914 at age 39.1
     From 28 September 1896, her married name became Campbell.1

Lt.-Col. James Ramsay Campbell1

     Lt.-Col. James Ramsay Campbell was born on 23 April 1855.2 He was the son of George Ramsay Campbell and Lucy Lindsey.2 He married Alice Mildred Brooke, daughter of Sir Victor Alexander Brooke, 3rd Bt. and Alice Sophia Bellingham, on 28 September 1896.1 He died on 12 January 1924 at age 68, without issue.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Shropshire Light Infantry.2 He lived at Ardachy, Fort Augustus, Inverness-shire, ScotlandG.2

     Hylda Henrietta Brooke was born on 22 February 1879.1 She was the daughter of Sir Victor Alexander Brooke, 3rd Bt. and Alice Sophia Bellingham.1 She married, firstly, Sir Frederick Henry Arthur Des Voeux, 7th Bt., son of Sir Charles Champagné Des Voeux, 6th Bt., on 5 July 1899.1 She married, secondly, Sir John Evelyn Leslie Wrench, son of Rt. Hon. Frederick Stringer Wrench, on 18 May 1937.1
     From 5 July 1899, her married name became Des Voeux.1 From 18 May 1937, her married name became Wrench.1

Sir John Evelyn Leslie Wrench1

     Sir John Evelyn Leslie Wrench was the son of Rt. Hon. Frederick Stringer Wrench.1 He married Hylda Henrietta Brooke, daughter of Sir Victor Alexander Brooke, 3rd Bt. and Alice Sophia Bellingham, on 18 May 1937.1 He died on 11 November 1966.1
     He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)1 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.)1 Sir John Evelyn Leslie Wrench usually went by his middle name of Evelyn.1

     Gertrude Isabella Batson was the daughter of Stanlake Batson.1 She married Sir Arthur Douglas Brooke, 4th Bt., son of Sir Victor Alexander Brooke, 3rd Bt. and Alice Sophia Bellingham, on 28 July 1887. She died on 29 September 1918.1
     From 28 July 1887, her married name became Brooke.1

     S/Ldr. Arthur Francis Brooke was born on 24 September 1896.1 He was the son of Sir Arthur Douglas Brooke, 4th Bt. and Gertrude Isabella Batson.1 He married Lilian Maude Irwin, daughter of Charles Butler Irwin, on 9 October 1919.1 He died on 17 November 1949 at age 53, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 10th Hussars.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.1 He gained the rank of Squadron Leader in the Royal Air Force.1 He fought in the Waziristan Campaign in 1920.1
