Harvey.1 She married, firstly, Captain Sir Peter Drummond Macdonald, son of Ronald Macdonald, before 1961.1 She married, secondly, Major Sir John Weston Brooke, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Robert Weston Brooke, 2nd Bt. and Margery Jean Geddes, on 1 March 1966.1 She died on 16 May 1977.1
     Phoebe Napier Harvey graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.).1 She was invested as a Fellow, Faculty of Anaesthetists, Royal College of Surgeons of England (F.F.A.R.C.S.).1 From before 1966, her married name became Macdonald.1 From 1 March 1966, her married name became Brooke.1
