     Captain Cecil Henry FitzHerbert was born on 18 January 1883.3 He is the son of Henry Gorry Fitzherbert.2 He married Ellen Katharine Lowndes, daughter of Walter Lowndes, on 15 November 1916.3 He died on 23 November 1952 at age 69.3
     Wexford.3 And later of Latimerstown.3 He was educated Cheltenham.3 Served in World War I with RNAS.3 He lived at Millbrook, Abbeyleix, County Laois, Ireland.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He was decorated with the award of Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.) in 1917.3 In 1922 R Canadian Air Service (ret ).3 He lived in 2003 at Moreton, Ongar, Essex, ZZZ.3
