Charles Carleton Vieder Young1

     Charles Carleton Vieder Young was born on 20 April 1850 at Pitcairn IslandG.1 He was the son of Moses Young and Albina McCoy.1 He married, firstly, Alice Helena Christian, daughter of Alphonso Driver Christian and Sarah McCoy, on 14 January 1886 at Pitcairn IslandG.2 He married, secondly, Mary Louisa Rose Christian, daughter of Alphonso Driver Christian and Sarah McCoy, on 13 December 1922.3 He died on 31 May 1941 at age 91 at Pitcairn IslandG.1
     In 1859 he was among the first wave of returnees from Norfolk to Pitcairn Island. He held the office of Chief Magistrate of Pitcairn Island between 1890 and 1891.4
     He travelled to England in 1915. In 1934-35, at the time of Shapiro's visit, he was seriously ill with gangrene of the foot. He was named after the Captain of the whaler Nauticon, Charles Vieder, who spent some time on Pitcairn with his parents, and was present at his birth. Captain Vieder's wife, Susan, was asked to name the child.1

     Alice Helena Christian was born on 26 October 1866 at Pitcairn IslandG.1 She was the daughter of Alphonso Driver Christian and Sarah McCoy.1 She married Charles Carleton Vieder Young, son of Moses Young and Albina McCoy, on 14 January 1886 at Pitcairn IslandG.2 She died circa January 1918, from a spinal injury. She was buried on 8 January 1918 at Pitcairn IslandG.1
     From 14 January 1886, her married name became Young.1

     Like his brother, he had a high, curving nose with a very small chin, further reduced by lack of teeth.1

Eunice Jane Lawrence Young1

     Eunice Jane Lawrence Young was born on 7 February 1858 at Norfolk IslandG.1 She was the daughter of Moses Young and Albina McCoy.1 She married Francis Hickson Christian, son of Thursday October Christian and Mary Young, on 24 May 1880 at Pitcairn IslandG.1 She died on 19 June 1941 at age 83 at Pitcairn IslandG.1
     In 1859 she was among the first wave of returnees from Norfolk to Pitcairn.1 From 24 May 1880, her married name became Christian.1

     Sir Robert Blennerhassett, 2nd Bt. was born on 26 January 1769.1 He was the son of Sir Rowland Blennerhassett, 1st Bt. and Millicent Agnes Yielding.1 He married Rosanna Blennerhassett, daughter of Arthur Blennerhassett and Catherine Hickson, on 27 May 1790.1 He died on 21 September 1831 at age 62.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Blennerhassett, of Blennerville, co. Kerry [U.K., 1809] on 14 March 1821.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Kerry in 1823.1

     Her married name became Christian.1 She was a midwife.1
