     Charles Bullock was born circa 1784 at Faulkborne, Essex, England^G.¹ He married Harriet Lowe, daughter of Thomas Humphrey Lowe and Lucy Hill, on 11 May 1807.¹ He died on 28 July 1842 at Woodville House, Devon, England^G.¹
