     William Parnell was born circa 1798.1 He was the son of William Parnell and Ann Wontner.1 He married Mary Rowall.1 He died on 14 April 1847.1 He was buried at Bunhill Fields.1

     Rupert John Blanchard Wontner was born on 14 March 1874 at 47 Belgrave Road, London, England.1 He was the son of Blanchard Allen Wontner and Kate Fielding.1 He married Ethel Hall, daughter of James Thomas Hall, on 3 August 1901 at Ware, Hertfordshire, England.1 He died on 7 March 1942 at age 67 at Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, England.1
     Rupert John Blanchard Wontner graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1902 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1902 entitled to practice as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He was the headmaster between 1920 and 1940 at St. Giles's School, England.1
