Honor FitzGerald1

     Honor FitzGerald was the daughter of Sir Edmond FitzGerald and Ellen Barry.1 She married Patrick FitzMaurice, 17th Baron of Kerry and Lixnaw, son of Thomas FitzMaurice, 16th Baron of Kerry and Lixnaw and Lady Honor O'Brien, before March 1617/18.1 She died from 16 June 1680 to 1681.1 Her will was proven (by probate) in 1681.1
     From before March 1617/18, her married name became FitzMaurice.1 Her last will was dated 16 June 1680.

     Sir Edmond FitzGerald married Ellen Barry, daughter of David Barry, 5th Viscount Barry and Ellen Roche.2 He died on 2 January 1640.2
     He lived at Cloyne, County Cork, IrelandG.1 He lived at Ballymaloe, County Cork, IrelandG.2 He was also known as Sir John FitzGerald.2 He lived at Ballymoe, County Cork, IrelandG.1

     Hon. Elizabeth Browne was the daughter of Francis Browne, 3rd Viscount Montagu and Lady Elizabeth Somerset.1 She married Christopher Roper, 5th Baron Teynham, son of Christopher Roper, 4th Baron Teynham and Philadelphia Knollys, in 1674.2 She died after 1686.1
     After her marriage, Hon. Elizabeth Browne was styled as Baroness Teynham in 1674. From 1674, her married name became Roper.1

     Francis Browne, 3rd Viscount Montagu was born on 2 July 1610.2 He was the son of Anthony Maria Browne, 2nd Viscount Montagu and Lady Jane Sackville.3 He and Lady Elizabeth Somerset obtained a marriage license on 6 July 1637. He died in October 1682 at age 72.2
     He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Montagu [E., 1554] in 1629.

     Lady Elizabeth Somerset was born circa 1618.2 She was the daughter of Henry Somerset, 1st Marquess of Worcester and Hon. Anne Russell.1 She and Francis Browne, 3rd Viscount Montagu obtained a marriage license on 6 July 1637. She died between 9 May 1684 and 8 December 1684.2
     From 6 July 1637, her married name became Browne.1

     Christopher Roper, 4th Baron Teynham was born on 20 April 1621.1 He was the son of John Roper, 3rd Baron Teynham and Hon. Mary Petre.2 He married, secondly, Philadelphia Knollys, daughter of Sir Henry Knollys.3 He married, firstly, Mary Englefield, daughter of Sir Francis Englefield, 1st Bt. and Jane Browne, in 1640.3 He married, thirdly, Margaret FitzMaurice, daughter of Patrick FitzMaurice, 17th Baron of Kerry and Lixnaw and Honor FitzGerald, on 29 March 1660.3 He died on 23 October 1673 at age 52.3
     He succeeded as the 4th Baron Teynham, of Teynham, Kent [E., 1616] on 27 February 1627.3

     Philadelphia Knollys was born circa 1621.1 She was the daughter of Sir Henry Knollys.2 She married, secondly, Christopher Roper, 4th Baron Teynham, son of John Roper, 3rd Baron Teynham and Hon. Mary Petre.3 She married, firstly, Sir John Mill, son of Sir John Mill, 1st Bt. and Anne Fleming. She died circa November 1655.1 She was buried on 10 November 1655.3
     After her marriage, Philadelphia Knollys was styled as Baroness Teynham. Her married name became Mill. Her married name became Roper.1
