     Colonel Francis Knatchbull was born on 25 July 1832.¹ He was the son of Reverend Wadham Knatchbull and Louisa Elizabeth Wyndham.¹ He married Sarah Belinda Persse, daughter of Thomas Moore Persse and Margaret Hickman, on 25 July 1870 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.^1,2 He died on 2 December 1920 at age 88.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the 1st Battalion, Norfolk Regiment.¹ He fought in the Crimean War between 1854 and 1855.¹

     Sarah Belinda Persse was born on 9 December 1848 at Newcastle House, County Galway, Ireland.² She was the daughter of Thomas Moore Persse and Margaret Hickman.^1,2 She was baptised on 20 January 1849 at Galway, County Galway, Ireland.² She married Colonel Francis Knatchbull, son of Reverend Wadham Knatchbull and Louisa Elizabeth Wyndham, on 25 July 1870 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.^1,2 She died on 9 February 1947 at age 98.¹
      From 25 July 1870, her married name became Knatchbull.¹

     Major Wyndham Persse Knatchbull was born on 20 October 1873.¹ He was the son of Colonel Francis Knatchbull and Sarah Belinda Persse.¹ He married Sybil Mathilde Burke, daughter of Ulick Ralph Burke and Katharine Bateman, on 30 May 1911.¹ He died on 28 January 1967 at age 93.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Royal Horse Artillery.¹

     Sybil Mathilde Burke was the daughter of Ulick Ralph Burke and Katharine Bateman.¹ She married Major Wyndham Persse Knatchbull, son of Colonel Francis Knatchbull and Sarah Belinda Persse, on 30 May 1911.¹ She died on 5 August 1957.¹
      From 30 May 1911, her married name became Knatchbull.¹

     Ulick Ralph Burke was born on 21 October 1845.² He was the son of Charles Granby Burke and Emma Jane Creyke.² He married Katharine Bateman, daughter of James Bateman, on 9 July 1868.² He died on 18 July 1895 at age 49.²
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.).² He was Clerk of Peace for County Dublin.² He was a practising barrister.² He wrote the book A History of Spain.²

     Charles Norton Knatchbull was born on 11 February 1918.¹ He was the son of Major Wyndham Persse Knatchbull and Sybil Mathilde Burke.¹ He married Jacqueline Nora Veall, daughter of Henry Presland Veall, on 1 June 1940.¹ He died in 1980.¹
     He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, England.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of E.R.A. in the service of the Submarine Service, Royal Navy.¹

     Jacqueline Nora Veall is the daughter of Henry Presland Veall.¹ She married Charles Norton Knatchbull, son of Major Wyndham Persse Knatchbull and Sybil Mathilde Burke, on 1 June 1940.¹
      From 1 June 1940, her married name became Knatchbull.¹ She lived in 2003 at Batch Farm, Kilmersdon, Bath, Somerset, England.¹

     Henry Presland Veall lived at Netley, Hampshire, England.¹

     Henry Norton Knatchbull was born on 23 September 1942.¹ He is the son of Charles Norton Knatchbull and Jacqueline Nora Veall.¹ He married, firstly, Jenny Elizabeth Brown, daughter of Roy Brown, on 5 November 1988.¹ He and Jenny Elizabeth Brown were divorced in 1994.¹ He married, secondly, Annette Dudley, daughter of Ernest John Dudley, on 9 August 1996.¹
     He was educated at Stanbridge Earls School, Romsey, Hampshire, England.¹ He lived in 2003 at 19 Riverside Road, West Moors, Dorset, England.¹

     Jenny Elizabeth Brown is the daughter of Roy Brown.¹ She married Henry Norton Knatchbull, son of Charles Norton Knatchbull and Jacqueline Nora Veall, on 5 November 1988.¹ She and Henry Norton Knatchbull were divorced in 1994.¹
      From 5 November 1988, her married name became Knatchbull.¹
