Maurice Charles Joseph Blake was born on 20 July 1837.1 He was the son of Valentine O'Connor Blake and Hon. Margaret Mary ffrench.1 He married Jeanette O'Reilly, daughter of Richard Pearce O'Reilly, on 24 November 1863.1 He died on 29 April 1915 at age 77.1

Charles French, 3rd Baron de Freyne of Coolavin was born on 22 October 1790.4 He was the son of Arthur French and Margaret Costello.2,3 He married Catherine Maree, daughter of Luke Maree, on 13 February 1851 in a in an Roman Catholic ceremony which under the laws of Ireland at the time was held invalid marriage.2 Charles and Catherine were remarried in a religious ceremony on 17 May 1854.5 He died on 28 October 1868 at age 78.5
