     Julia Sophia MacDonnell was the daughter of Robert MacDonnell.1 She married, firstly, Sir Valentine Blake, 12th Bt., son of Sir John Blake, 11th Bt. and Eleanor Lynch, on 8 April 1843.1 She married, secondly, John Cuxson, son of John Cuxson, on 10 October 1850.1 She died on 11 March 1883.1
      From 8 April 1843, her married name became Blake.1 From 10 October 1850, her married name became Cuxson.1

     Sir Thomas Edward Blake, 13th Bt. was born on 25 May 1805 at Killagh, County Galway, Ireland.1 He was the son of Sir Valentine Blake, 12th Bt. and Eliza Donellan.1 He married Laetitia Maria O'Brien, daughter of Ulick O'Brien, on 29 May 1830.1 He died on 3 January 1875 at age 69 at Menlough Castle, Menlough, County Galway, Ireland.1
     He succeeded to the title of 13th Baronet Blake, of Galway [I., 1622] in January 1847.1 He lived at Menlough, County Galway, Ireland.1

Sir Valentine Blake, 14th Bt.1

     Sir Valentine Blake, 14th Bt. was born on 2 December 1836 at Menlough Castle, Menlough, County Galway, Ireland.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Edward Blake, 13th Bt. and Laetitia Maria O'Brien.1 He married Camilla Eugenia Combe, daughter of Harvey Combe, on 25 June 1864.1 He died on 24 July 1912 at age 75.2
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Galway.2 He gained the rank of Honorary Major in the service of the Galway Militia.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Galway in 1872.1 He succeeded to the title of 14th Baronet Blake, of Galway [I., 1622] on 3 January 1875.1
     He also had an elder daughter, who died unmarried.2

     Sir Thomas Richard Valentine Blake, 17th Bt. was born on 7 January 1942.1 He was the son of Sir Ulick Temple Blake, 16th Bt. and Betty Gordon.2 He married, firstly, Jacqueline Daroux, daughter of Desmond E. Daroux, in 1976.1 He married, secondly, Bertrice Reading in 1982.1 He and Bertrice Reading were divorced in 1986.1 He married, thirdly, Wendy Gough, daughter of Edward William Gough, in 1991.1 He died on 29 May 2008 at age 66.3
      Sir Thomas Richard Valentine Blake, 17th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Richard.1 He was educated at Bradfield School, England.1 He succeeded to the title of 17th Baronet Blake, of Galway [I., 1622] on 5 October 1963.1 He was a director of Sir Richard Blake and Associates Ltd between 1967 and 1975.1 He was a director of City Chase Ltd between 1980 and 1984.1 He lived in 2003 at 46 Chemin du Peylong Sur, rue des Arcs, Lorgues, Var, France.1
