     Sir John Walter married, firstly, Margaret Offley, daughter of William Offley.2 He married, secondly, Anne Witham, daughter of William Witham, on 18 July 1622 at Isleworth, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 17 November 1630.1 He was buried at Woolvercott, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1
     He held the office of Lord Chief Baron of the Exchequer between 1625 and 1630.2

Sir Robert Bindlosse, 1st and last Bt.1

     Sir Robert Bindlosse, 1st and last Bt. was baptised on 8 May 1624.1 He was the son of Sir Francis Bindlosse and Hon. Cecilia West.1 He married Rebecca Perry, daughter of Hugh Perry and Catherine Fenn.1 He died circa November 1688, without male issue.1 He was buried on 15 November 1688 at Wharton, Lancashire, EnglandG.1
     He was created 1st Baronet Bindlosse, of Borwick, co. Lancaster [England] on 16 August 1641.1 He purchased the Eshton Hall estate in 1646 from Mathew Wilson.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lancaster from 1646 to December 1648.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lancashire in 1660.1
     On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.1

Sir Francis Bindlosse1

     Sir Francis Bindlosse was born circa 1603.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Bindlosse.1 He married, secondly, Hon. Cecilia West, daughter of Thomas West, 3rd Baron Delaware and Cecily Shirley.2 He died on 25 July 1629.1
     He lived at Borwick Hall, Lancashire, England.3

     Hon. Cecilia West was the daughter of Thomas West, 3rd Baron Delaware and Cecily Shirley.1 She married, firstly, Sir Francis Bindlosse, son of Sir Robert Bindlosse.2 She married, secondly, John Byron, 1st Baron Byron of Rochdale, son of Sir John Byron and Anne Molyneux, after 1629.2 She died in February 1638.2 She was buried at Hucknall-Torkard, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.3
     Her married name became Bindlosse.1 From after 1629, her married name became Byron.

     Thomas West, 3rd Baron Delaware was born on 9 July 1577.1 He was the son of Thomas West, 2nd Baron Delaware and Anne Knollys.2 He married Cecily Shirley, daughter of Sir Thomas Shirley and Anne Kempe, on 25 November 1602 at St. Dunstan's-in-the-West Church, London, EnglandG.3 He died on 7 June 1618 at age 40.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Delaware [E., 1570] on 24 March 1601/2.4 He graduated from Queen's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1605 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)4 He lived from 1610 to 1611 at Delaware, U.S.A.G.4 He held the office of Governor and Captain-General of Virginia on 28 February 1610.4
