     Robert Biddulph was born on 3 March 1801.2 He was the son of John Biddulph and Augusta Roberts.2 He married Elizabeth Palmer, daughter of George Palmer and Anna Maria Bund, on 25 February 1830.2 He died on 28 February 1864 at age 62.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hereford.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Herefordshire.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Herefordshire.2 He lived at Ledbury, Herefordshire, EnglandG.1

Elizabeth Palmer1

     Elizabeth Palmer was the daughter of George Palmer and Anna Maria Bund.1,2 She married Robert Biddulph, son of John Biddulph and Augusta Roberts, on 25 February 1830.3 She died on 26 January 1899.1
     From 25 February 1830, her married name became Biddulph.3

George Palmer1

     George Palmer was born on 11 February 1772 at St. Botolph, Bishopgate, London, England.2 He was the son of William Palmer and Mary Horsley.2 He married Anna Maria Bund, daughter of William Bund, on 29 December 1795.3 He died on 12 May 1853 at age 81 at Nazeing Park, Essex, England.2
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.3 He wrote the book Memoir of a Chart from the Strait of Allass to the Island Bouro, published 1799.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Hertfordshire in 1818.2 Between 1826 and 1858 he designed the lifeboat in general use by the National Lifeboat Institution up until 1858.3 He wrote the book A New Plan for fitting all Boats so that they may be secure as Life Boats at the shortest notice, published 1828.2 He was deputy chairman of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution between 1828 and 1853.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for South Essex between 1836 and 1847.4 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)3 He lived at Nazeing Park, Essex, England.3 He had one other son.3

     Lady Alicia Jane Kennedy was born on 2 July 1805 at Scotland.2 She was the daughter of Archibald Kennedy, 1st Marquess of Ailsa and Margaret Erskine.1,3 She married General Rt. Hon. Jonathan Peel, son of Sir Robert Peel, 1st Bt. and Ellen Yates, on 19 March 1824.1,4 She died on 11 May 1887 at age 81.1
     From 19 March 1824, her married name became Peel.1
