     Sir Charles John Monson Shaw, 8th Bt. was born on 24 November 1860.2 He was the son of Reverend Charles John Kenward Shaw and Julia Elizabeth Boteler.1 He married Elizabeth Louisa Whatman Best Bosanquet, daughter of James Whatman Bosanquet and Emily Dorothy Best, on 1 June 1893.2 He died on 11 September 1922 at age 61.2
     Sir Charles John Monson Shaw, 8th Bt. graduated from Hertford College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).2 He succeeded to the title of 8th Baronet Shaw, of the city of London [E., 1665] on 7 January 1909.1 He was the Rector between 1913 and 1921 at Wrotham, Kent, England.2
