     He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, England.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Tyrone.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Fermanagh.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Fermanagh.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Tyrone in 1916.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Fermanagh in 1922.2 He held the office of Chairman of County Fermanagh County Council in 1943.2 He held the office of Chairman of Enniskillen Regional District Council.2 He succeeded to the title of 6th Earl of Belmore [I., 1797] on 12 February 1948.1 He succeeded to the title of 6th Viscount Belmore [I., 1789] on 12 February 1948.1 He succeeded to the title of 6th Baron Belmore of Castle Coole, co.      Major Adrian Lowry-Corry was born on 11 February 1876.2 He was the son of Admiral Hon. Armar Lowry-Corry and Geraldine King-King.1,2 He married Geraldine Hartcup, daughter of William Thomas Hartcup, on 11 February 1906.2 He died on 12 February 1921 at age 45.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal West Kent Regiment.2 He fought in the Boer War.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the B.A.O.C.2
