Reverend Philip Mandeville Bartlett was born on 19 October 1884.1 He was the son of Sir Herbert Henry Bartlett, 1st Bt. and Ada Charlotte Barr.1 He died on 16 August 1958 at age 73, unmarried.1
Reverend Philip Mandeville Bartlett graduated from Christ Church College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1911 with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He held the office of Prebendary of St. Paul's in 1950.1 He held the office of Rural Dean of Poplar in 1951.1 He was the Vicar between 1952 and 1958 at St. Saviour Church, Poplar.1

Major Norman Edwin Bartlett was born on 20 September 1888.1 He was the son of Sir Herbert Henry Bartlett, 1st Bt. and Ada Charlotte Barr.1 He married, firstly, Mary Adelaide Leslie Foster, daughter of Norman R. Foster, on 20 December 1917.1 He and Mary Adelaide Leslie Foster were divorced in 1928.1 He married, secondly, Sheila Barton, daughter of Frederick Page Barton, on 25 June 1928.1 He died in 1972.1
