Thomazine Dowdall was the daughter of Edward Dowdall.1 She married Sir Richard Barnewall, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Patrick Barnewall, 1st Bt. and Cecilia Fleming, in 1621.1 She died in 1628, without male issue.1

Sir Patrick Barnewall, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1630.1 He was the son of Sir Richard Barnewall, 2nd Bt. and Julia Lettice Aylmer.1 He married Frances Butler, daughter of Colonel Hon. Richard Butler and Lady Frances Tuchet.1 He died between 1695 and 1702.1 His will was proven (by probate) in 1702.1
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Barnewall, of Crickstown, co. Meath [I., 1623] on 6 July 1679.1 He was confirmed in the estate of Crickstown.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Meath [Ireland] in 1680.2 He received a pension of £150 per year from King Charles II. Circa 1689 he received a grant of 1261 acres in County Galway.1,2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Meath [Ireland] in 1689.1 He lived at Newcastle, County Meath, IrelandG.1 His last will was dated 26 March 1695.
