Martha Richmond was the daughter of Thomas Richmond.1 She married, firstly, Sir Samuel Barnardiston, 2nd Bt., son of Nathaniel Barnardiston and Elizabeth Bacon, on 13 August 1709, with a portion of £6,000.1 She married, secondly, Charles Edwin on 2 October 1712 at Gray's Inn Chapel, London, EnglandG.1 She died before 1718 at St. Andrew's Church, Holborn, London, EnglandG.1 She died intestate and her estate was administered on 20 June 1718.1
From 13 August 1709, her married name became Barnardiston.1 From 2 October 1712, her married name became Edwin.1
