     Sir Henry Goring was born in 1521.1 He was the son of Sir William Goring and Elizabeth Covert.2 He married Dorothy Everard, daughter of William Everard.2 He died on 16 December 1594.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of Surrey in 1562.2 In 1562 Sheriff of Sussex.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Sussex in 1569.2 He was appointed Knight on 21 August 1591.2 He lived at Burton, Sussex, EnglandG.2

     George Hewett, 1st Viscount Hewytt of Gowran was born in 1625.2 He was the son of Sir Thomas Hewett, 1st Bt. and Margaret Lytton.1 He died on 2 December 1689, unmarried.2
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Hewett in 1689.2 He was created 1st Viscount Hewytt of Gowran, co. Kilkenny [Ireland] on 9 April 1689.2 He was created 1st Baron of James-Towne, co. Longford [Ireland] on 9 April 1689.2 On his death, his titles became extinct.2

     Mary Methuen is the daughter of Rt. Hon. John Methuen and Mary Chevers.1 She married, firstly, Humphrey Simpson before 1698.1 She married, secondly, Sir Richard Anderson, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Henry Anderson, 1st Bt. and Jacomina Cæser, after 1698.1 She married, thirdly, Sir Brownlow Sherard, 3rd Bt., son of Richard Sherard and Margaret Dewe, after 1699.1
     From before 1698, her married name became Simpson.1 From after 1698, her married name became Anderson.1 From after 1699, her married name became Sherard.1

     Sir Brownlow Sherard, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1676.1 He was the son of Richard Sherard and Margaret Dewe.2,3 He married Mary Methuen, daughter of Rt. Hon. John Methuen and Mary Chevers, after 1699.1 He died on 30 January 1736.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Sherard, of Lopthorp, co. Lincoln [E., 1674] on 14 June 1730.2

     Richard Anderson was the son of Sir Richard Anderson, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Hewett.1 He married Elizabeth Spencer, daughter of Richard Spencer. He died in 1695, without issue.1
     He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 10 February 1675/76.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Aylesbury between 1685 and 1687.1
