     Sir Herbert Hall Hall was Inspector-General of H.M. Consulates.1 He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.).1 He lived in 1958 at Hertcombe, 62 Ashley Road, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, England.1

     Hugh Kennedy was born in 1775.1 He was the son of John Kennedy and Elizabeth Cole.1 He married Sophia Lowe, daughter of William John Lowe and Hon. Sophia Hamilton.1 He married, firstly, Grace Dorothea Hughes, daughter of Thomas Hughes, in 1799.1 He died in 1852.1
     Hugh Kennedy held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He held the office of High Sheriff in 1802.1 He lived at Cultra, County Down, Ireland.1
