     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lincoln between 1847 and 1848.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Hampshire in 1860.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lincoln between 1861 and 1885.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Lincolnshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Lincolnshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Surrey.1 He lived at Brooke House, Brooke, Isle of Wight, EnglandG.1
