Captain Roger Grenville Peek was born on 6 September 1888.2 He was the son of Sir Cuthbert Edgar Peek, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Augusta Louisa Brodrick.1,3 He married Hon. Joan Penelope Sclater-Booth, daughter of Lt.-Col. George Sclater-Booth, 2nd Baron Basing of Basin Byflete and of Hoddington and Mary Hargreaves, on 16 January 1919.2 He died on 23 March 1921 at age 32 at IrelandG, killed on active service.1
