     João de Bourgogne, Duque de Valencia was born after 1354.1 He was the son of Pedro I de Bourgogne, Rei de Portugal and Inez de Castro.1 He married Maria Telles de Meneses, daughter of Martin Alfonso Telles de Meneses.1 He died in 1384, in jail.1
     He gained the title of Duque de Valencia.1
