General Charles Stanhope, 3rd Earl of Harrington was born on 17 March 1753.1 He was the son of William Stanhope, 2nd Earl of Harrington and Lady Caroline Fitzroy.1 He married Jane Fleming, daughter of Sir John Fleming, 1st and last Bt. and Jane Coleman, on 23 May 1779 at London, EnglandG.1 He died on 5 September 1829 at age 76.1
