     Georgina Markham was the daughter of Venerable Robert Markham.¹ She married George Baillie-Hamilton, 10th Earl of Haddington, son of George Baillie of Jerviswoode and Mellerstain and Mary Pringle, on 16 September 1824.¹ She died on 26 February 1873.¹
     From 16 September 1824, her married name became Baillie.¹ After her marriage, Georgina Markham was styled as Countess of Haddington on 1 December 1858. From 24 March 1859, her married name became Baillie-Hamilton.¹

     Lady Georgina Sophia Baillie-Hamilton was born in 1839. She was the daughter of George Baillie-Hamilton, 10th Earl of Haddington and Georgina Markham.¹ She married Sir Harry Foley Vernon, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Tayler Vernon and Jessie Anna Letitia Foley, on 17 October 1861.¹ She died on 17 January 1928.¹
     Her married name became Vernon.

     Sir Harry Foley Vernon, 1st Bt. was the son of Thomas Tayler Vernon and Jessie Anna Letitia Foley. He married Lady Georgina Sophia Baillie-Hamilton, daughter of George Baillie-Hamilton, 10th Earl of Haddington and Georgina Markham, on 17 October 1861.¹ He died on 1 February 1920.¹
     He gained the title of 1st Baronet Vernon, of Hanbury Hall, Worcestershire.

     Thomas Vernon was born in 1724. He was the son of Bowater Vernon and Jane Cornwallis. He married Emma Cornewall, daughter of Admiral Charles Cornewall. He died in 1771.
