Victoria Isabella Warrender was born on 27 March 1952.1 She is the daughter of Victor Alexander George Anthony Warrender, 1st Baron Bruntisfield and Tania Vjekoslava Kolin.1 She married Hugh William Mackay, 14th Lord Reay, son of Æneas Alexander Mackay, 13th Lord Reay and Charlotte Mary Younger, on 20 June 1980.1 She married Victor Miles George Aldous Lampson, 3rd Baron Killearn, son of Miles Wedderburn Lampson, 1st Baron Killearn and Jacqueline Aldine Leslie Castellani, on 3 June 2017 at St. George's Church, Morebath, Devon, England.2
     Her married name became Mackay. She lived in 2003 at 98 Oakley Street, London, EnglandG.1 She lived in 2003 at Kasteel Ophemert, Ophemert, Gelderland, The NetherlandsG.1 From 3 June 2017, her married name became Lampson.2

     Charles Ritchie, 2nd Baron Ritchie of Dundee was born on 18 November 1866.1 He was the son of Charles Thomson Ritchie, 1st Baron Ritchie of Dundee and Margaret Ower.1 He married Sarah Ruth Jennings, daughter of Louis Jennings, on 14 July 1898.1 He died on 19 July 1948 at age 81.1
     He was educated at Westminster School, Westminster, London, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1888 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Ritchie of Dundee, of Weldera, Chalfont St. Giles, co. Buckingham [U.K., 1905] on 9 January 1906.1 He held the office of Mayor of Winchelsea in 1924.1 He was chairman of PLA between 1925 and 1941.1 He held the office of Mayor of Winchelsea in 1931.1
