     Sir Hilton Lawson, 4th Bt. was born on 18 April 1895.1 He was the son of Mordaunt Lawson and Adelaide Mary Wybergh.1 He died on 6 November 1959 at age 64.2
     He was educated at Repton School, Repton, Derbyshire, England.1 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War between 1915 and 1918.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Lawson, of Brayton, Cumberland [U.K., 1831] on 28 August 1937.1 He gained the rank of Brevet Major in 1939 in the Royal Signals.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1940, when he became a POW.1 His baronetcy became extinct on his death.2
