     Jessie Forrester Waters is the daughter of William Waters.1 She married Henry Stephen Wilson, Baron Wilson of Langside, son of James Wilson and Margaret Young, on 2 September 1942.1
     From 2 September 1942, her married name became Wilson.1 After her marriage, Jessie Forrester Waters was styled as Baroness Wilson of Langside on 3 March 1969.

     Sir Ronald Evelyn Leslie Wingate, 2nd Bt. was born on 30 September 1889.1 He was the son of General Sir Francis Reginald Wingate, 1st Bt. and Catherine Leslie Rundle.1,2 He married Mary Harpoth, daughter of John Harpoth, on 11 November 1916.1 He died on 31 August 1978 at age 88.3
     He was educated at Bradfield College, Reading, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1912 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was with the Indian Civil Service between 1913 and 1938.1 He fought in the First World War between 1917 and 1919.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.) in 1931.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1945.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1945.1 He was British Representaive on Inter-Allied Reparations Agency between 1947 and 1952.1 He was chairman of Commission for the Restitution of Monetary Gold between 1947 and 1952.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1952.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Wingate, of Dunbar, East Lothian, and of Port Sudan [U.K., 1920] on 28 January 1953.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1959.1 He wrote the book Wingate of the Sudan.1 He wrote the book Not in the limelight.1 He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1966 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 On his death his baronetcy became exctinct.3

     Catherine Leslie Rundle was the daughter of Captain Joseph Sparkhall Rundle.1 She married General Sir Francis Reginald Wingate, 1st Bt., son of Andrew Wingate and Bessie Turner, on 18 June 1888.1 She died on 10 June 1946.1
     She was appointed Dame of Grace, Order of St. John of Jerusalem (D.G.St.J.)1 From 18 June 1888, her married name became Wingate.1 She was appointed Dame Commander, Order of the British Empire (D.B.E.)1 She was awarded the Coronation Medal in 1911.1

     Reverend William Wingate was born on 7 October 1808.1 He was the son of Andrew Wingate and Margaret Miller.1,2 He married, firstly, Jessie Buchanan, daughter of Alexander Buchanan, in 1834.2 He married, secondly, Margaret Wallace Torrance, daughter of John Torrance, on 12 September 1843.2 He died on 24 December 1899 at age 91.1

     Andrew Wingate was born on 12 June 1778.1 He was the son of William Wingate and Isabel Carrick.2 He married, firstly, C. Miller.2 He married, secondly, Margaret Miller on 14 December 1807.2 He died on 23 June 1860 at age 82.1
     He was a merchant at Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland.2
