     Josias Cunningham was born on 19 January 1819.¹ He was the son of Barber Cunningham and Margaret McClure.¹ He married Jane Agnes Davis, daughter of James Davis, on 30 April 1855.¹ He died on 5 September 1895 at age 76.¹
