     Evangeline Mary Oliver was born on 31 January 1877.¹ She was the daughter of Richard Oliver and Ellen Harris.¹ She married Ashley Francis Oliver, son of William Silver Oliver and Elizabeth Alice Galt, on 23 February 1904.¹
