     Payn Tiptoft, 1st Lord Tiptoft was the son of Robert de Tibetot and Eva de Chaworth.1 He married Agnes de Ros, daughter of William de Ros, 1st Lord de Ros of Helmsley and Maud de Vaux.1 He died from 23 June 1314 to 24 June 1314, killed in action.1
     He was created 1st Lord Tiptoft [England by writ] on 10 March 1308. He fought in the Battle of Bannockburn on 23 June 1314.1
