     He gained the rank of Captain in the Coldstream Guards.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 52nd Light Infantry.1 He was Lieutenant-Colonel of the 2nd Somerset Light Infantry.1 He lived at Heatherton Park, Somerset, EnglandG.1 He lived at Colhays, Devon, England.1
