     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He graduated from University College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1825 with a Bachelor of Divinity (B.D.)1 He was Vicar at Tirley, Gloucestershire, England.1
