     Antoinette Heckscher was the daughter of August Heckscher.2 She married Oliver Sylvain Baliol Brett, 3rd Viscount Esher, son of Reginald Baliol Brett, 2nd Viscount Esher and Eleanor Frances Weston Van de Weyer, on 1 October 1912.1 She died on 22 July 1965.1
     Her married name became Brett.

     Ian Balfour, 2nd Baron Balfour of Inchrye was born on 21 December 1924.1 He was the son of Harold Harington Balfour, 1st Baron Balfour of Inchrye and Diana Blanche Harvey.1 He married Josephine Maria Jane Bernard, daughter of Morogh Wyndham Percy Bernard and Hon. Diana Pearl Dundas, on 28 November 1953.1 He died on 14 April 2013 at age 88.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1942 and 1945, in the Royal Navy.3 He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Balfour of Inchrye, of Shefford, co. Berks [U.K., 1945] on 21 September 1988.1 He lived in 2003 at 4 Marsh End, Ferry Road, Walberswick, Suffolk, EnglandG.4 On his death, his title became extinct.2

     From 28 November 1953, her married name became Balfour.1 After her marriage, Josephine Maria Jane Bernard was styled as Baroness Balfour of Inchrye on 21 September 1988.
