     Edith Gwladys Evans was the daughter of Reverend John Llewellyan Evans.1 She married Robert Munro, 1st and last Baron Alness, son of Reverend Alexander Rose Munro and Margaret Sinclair, on 8 September 1898 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.2 She died on 15 September 1920.2
     From 8 September 1898, her married name became Munro.1
