     William Piers Ormerod was born on 14 May 1818 at London, England.1 He was the son of George Ormerod and Sarah Mayer Latham.1 He died on 10 June 1860 at age 42.1
     He wrote the book Clinical Collections and Observations in Surgery, made during an Attendance on the Surgical Practice of St. Bartholomew's Hospital, published 1846.1

     Edward Latham Ormerod was born in 1819 at London, England.1 He was the son of George Ormerod and Sarah Mayer Latham.1 He married, firstly, Mary Olivia Porter in 1853.1 He married, secondly, Maria Millett in 1856.1 He died on 18 March 1873.1
     He graduated in 1851 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society (F.R.S.) in 1872.1
