     Carmel Mary Roseleen Donnelly was born in 1927 at Ireland.2 She married Michael Graham Ruddock Sandberg, Baron Sandberg, son of Gerald Arthur Clifford Sandberg and Ethel Marion Ruddock, in 1954.1 She died on 4 December 2023.2
     From 1954, her married name became Sandberg.1 After her marriage, Carmel Mary Roseleen Donnelly was styled as Baroness Sandberg on 2 August 1997.
