     Charles John Kerr, 2nd Baron Teviot was born on 16 December 1934.1 He was the son of Charles Ian Kerr, 1st Baron Teviot and Florence Angela Villiers.1 He married Patricia Mary Harris, daughter of Alexander Harris, on 25 September 1965.1 He died on 15 October 2023 at age 88.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was a genealogist.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Teviot, of Burghclere, co. Southampton [U.K., 1940] on 7 January 1968.1 He was appointed Fellow, Society of Genealogists in 1975.1 He was director of Debrett's Peerage between 1977 and 1983.1 He was a director of Burke's Peerage Research between 1983 and 1985.1 He was a director of Burke's Peerage Ltd between 1984 and 1985.1 He was president of the Association of Genealogists and Record Agents in 1997.1 He lived in 2003 at 28 Hazel Grove, Burgess Hill, Sussex, England.1

     Patricia Mary Harris is the daughter of Alexander Harris. She married Charles John Kerr, 2nd Baron Teviot, son of Charles Ian Kerr, 1st Baron Teviot and Florence Angela Villiers, on 25 September 1965.1
     From 25 September 1965, her married name became Kerr. After her marriage, Patricia Mary Harris was styled as Baroness Teviot on 7 January 1968.

Parry-Jones, daughter of David Parry-Jones, on 13 October 2012 at Breconshire, Wales.3

     Charles William Tomkinson was born in 1877.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. James Tomkinson and Emily Francis Palmer.1 He married Phyllis Helen Cairnes, daughter of Major William Alan Cairnes and Helen Douglas Gower Stephenson, on 12 October 1920.2 He died on 29 June 1939.2
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He lived at Willington Hall, Cheshire, EnglandG.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Chester in 1927.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Chester.1 He also had two daughters.2

     Mary Cecil Curzon, Baroness Zouche was born on 15 May 1875 at Westminster, London, England.1 She was the daughter of Colonel George Augustus Curzon and Mary Louisa Anne Frances Josephine Martha Anderton.1 She married Sir Frederick William Francis George Frankland, 10th Bt., son of Colonel Sir William Adolphus Frankland, 9th Bt. and Lucy Ducarel Adams, on 12 November 1901.1 She died on 25 September 1965 at age 90.1
     Her married name became Frankland. She succeeded as the 17th Baroness Zouche, of Haryngworth [E., 1308] on 7 April 1917, suo jure.1

     Sir Frederick William Francis George Frankland, 10th Bt. was born on 2 September 1868.1 He was the son of Colonel Sir William Adolphus Frankland, 9th Bt. and Lucy Ducarel Adams.1 He married, firstly, Charlotte di Zerega, daughter of John Augustus di Zerega, on 10 December 1890.1 He married, secondly, Mary Cecil Curzon, Baroness Zouche, daughter of Colonel George Augustus Curzon and Mary Louisa Anne Frances Josephine Martha Anderton, on 12 November 1901.2 He died on 19 December 1937 at age 69.
     He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Frankland, of Thirkleby [E., 1660] on 29 November 1883.1 He fought in the Matabele War in 1896.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900.1 He fought in the Major, 3rd Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment.1 He was Assistant Provost-Marshal between 1914 and 1917.1 He was RTO between 1917 and 1918.1
