Colonel David Wedderburn1

     Colonel David Wedderburn was the son of Peter Wedderburn, Lord Chesterhall and Janet Ogilvy.1 He died in 1773 at Barrock, India, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Honourable East India Company Service.1 He fought in the Recapture of Barrock in 1773.1

     Major Sir Charles Erskine of Alva, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir John Erskine of Alva, 3rd Bt. and Catherine St. Clair.1 He married Henrietta Fraser, daughter of Colonel unknown Fraser of Dundalloch, in 1743.1 He died on 2 July 1747 at Lauffeld, The Netherlands, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Scots Regiment.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Erskine, of Alva [N.S., 1666] on 12 March 1739.1 He fought in the Battle of Lauffeld on 2 July 1747.1

     Sir Henry Innes of that Ilk, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir James Innes of that Ilk, 3rd Bt. and Margaret Ker.2 He married Jean Forbes, daughter of Duncan Forbes, 3rd of Culloden and Marie Innes, in September 1694.2 He died on 5 November 1721.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Elgin and Forres.1 He was appointed Knight.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Innes [N.S., 1625].3 In 1694 his father conveyed his estates to him.1 In 1707 he opposed the Union of Scottish and English Parliaments.1
