     Hon. Matthew Mills is the son of David Mackenzie Donald Mills and Tessa Jane Helen Douglas Palmer, Baroness Jowell.¹ He married Eleanor Laura Davan Woodward, daughter of Shaun Anthony Woodward and Camilla Davan Sainsbury, on 23 April 2016 at Mustique.¹

     David Mackenzie Donald Mills was born in 1944.² He is the son of Kenneth Mackenzie Donald Mills and Patricia Frances Alice Lloyd.² He married Tessa Jane Helen Douglas Palmer, Baroness Jowell, daughter of Kenneth Palmer.¹

     Sir Roger Mark Jowell was born on 26 March 1942 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa.¹ He married, firstly, Tessa Jane Helen Douglas Palmer, Baroness Jowell, daughter of Kenneth Palmer, in 1970.¹ He and Tessa Jane Helen Douglas Palmer, Baroness Jowell were divorced in 1978.¹ He married, secondly, Nighat Gilani in 1979.¹ He and Nighat Gilani were divorced in 1995.¹ He married Sharon Witherspoon in 1996.¹ He died on 25 December 2011 at age 69.¹
