     Charles Cooper was born circa 1752.1,2 He was the son of Charles Cooper.1 He married, firstly, unknown Yarrington.1 He married, secondly, Rose Hannah White, daughter of William White and Rose Hannah Buttivant, on 17 April 1806 at St. Peter Mancroft, Norwich, Norfolk, England.3,2 He died on 21 July 1836 at Lakenham, Norfolk, England.2
     He held the office of member of Norwich City Council.1 He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 9 June 1788 entitled to practise as a barrister.1,2
