     Sidney Johnston was the daughter of Robert Johnston of Hilton.1 She married Sir John Sinclair of Longformacus, 4th Bt., son of Sir Robert Sinclair of Longformacus, 3rd Bt. and Christian Cockburn.1 She died on 25 May 1777.2
     Her married name became Sinclair.1

     Sir John Sinclair, 7th Bt. was the son of Sir John Sinclair, 6th Bt. and Elizabeth Allan.1 He died circa 1843.2
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Sinclair, of Longformacus, co. Berwick [N.S., 1664] on 7 January 1798.1 On his death, his baronetcy appears to have become extinct.3
