     Eliza Rivaz was born on 1 April 1798 at London, England.2 She was the daughter of Vincent Francis Rivaz and Catherine Perret.1,2 She married Reverend Baden Powell, son of Baden Powell and Hester Powell, on 17 July 1821.1 She died on 13 March 1836 at age 37, without issue.1
     From 17 July 1821, her married name became Powell.1

     From 27 September 1837, her married name became Powell.1

     Henry Warrington Smyth Baden-Powell was born on 3 February 1847.1 He was the son of Reverend Baden Powell and Henrietta Grace Smyth.1 He married Cicely Hilda Farmer, daughter of James Farmer, on 13 September 1913.1 He died on 24 April 1921 at age 74.1
     Henry Warrington Smyth Baden-Powell usually went by his middle name of Warrington.1 He was given the name of Henry Warrington Smyth Powell at birth.1 He was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Naval Reserve.1 He was an Admiralty barrister.1 He was appointed King's Counsel (K.C.)1 On 30 April 1902 his name was legally changed to Henry Warrington Smyth Baden-Powell by Royal Licence.1
