     Caroline Bathurst was born circa 1801.¹ She was the daughter of Rt. Rev. Henry Bathurst and Grace Coote.¹ She married Reverend Heaton Champion de Crespigny, son of Sir William Champion de Crespigny, 2nd Bt. and Lady Sarah Windsor, on 19 July 1820 at Norwich Cathedral, Norwich, Norfolk, England.¹ She died on 26 December 1862.¹
     From 19 July 1820, her married name became Champion de Crespigny.¹

     Eyre Nicholas Champion de Crespigny was born on 7 May 1822 at Switzerland.¹ He was the son of Reverend Heaton Champion de Crespigny and Caroline Bathurst.¹ He married Augusta Cunningham.¹ He died on 15 February 1895 at age 72 at Bromley, Kent, England.¹
     He was a medical officer at Bombay, India.¹
