     Edward Halhed Beauchamp was born on 23 May 1815.¹ He was the son of George Edward Beauchamp and Helen Louisa Halhed.¹ He married Anna Maria Louisa Halhed, daughter of Nathaniel John Halhed, on 28 March 1848.¹ He died on 18 July 1885 at age 70.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.¹

     Elinor Lizzie Haultain was born on 26 October 1855 at Auckland, New Zealand.² She was the daughter of Colonel Theodore Minet Haultain and Jane Alison Bell.^1,2 She married Edward Hayes Beauchamp, son of Edward Halhed Beauchamp and Anna Maria Louisa Halhed, on 19 October 1881.¹ She died in 1926 at Timaru, New Zealand.^1,2
     From 19 October 1881, her married name became Beauchamp.¹

     Colonel Theodore Minet Haultain was born on 27 May 1817 at Stoney Stratford, Buckinghamshire, England.² He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Francis Haultain and Eliza Anne Deane.² He married Jane Alison Bell on 7 November 1844 at Agra, Bengal, India.² He died on 20 October 1902 at age 85 at Auckland, New Zealand.²
