     Giulio Conte del Balzo was born on 11 November 1903 at La Spezia, Italy.1 He was the son of Don Gioacchino del Balzo and Donna Giuseppina Malvini Malvezzi.1 He married Maria Elisa Cavalletti de Rossi on 9 January 1938 at Rome, Italy.1 He died on 7 October 1993 at age 89 at Rome, Italy.1
