     William Henry Dawnay, 7th Viscount Downe was born on 15 May 1812.1 He was the son of William Henry Dawnay, 6th Viscount Downe and Lydia Heathcote.2 He married Mary Isabel Bagot, daughter of Rt. Rev. Hon. Richard Bagot and Lady Harriet Villiers, on 25 July 1843.1 He died on 26 January 1857 at age 44.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)      Mary Isabel Bagot was the daughter of Rt. Rev. Hon. Richard Bagot and Lady Harriet Villiers. She married, firstly, William Henry Dawnay, 7th Viscount Downe, son of William Henry Dawnay, 6th Viscount Downe and Lydia Heathcote, on 25 July 1843.1 She married, secondly, Sidney Leveson Lane, son of John Newton Lane and Hon. Agnes Bagot, on 6 January 1863. She died on 14 April 1900.1
     From 25 July 1843, her married name became Dawnay. After her marriage, Mary Isabel Bagot was styled as Viscountess Downe on 23 May 1847. From 6 January 1863, her married name became Lane.

     Caroline Eliza Farquhar was born in 1814 at London, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Harvie Farquhar, 2nd Bt. and Sybella Martha Rockcliffe.1,3 She married Lt.-Gen. Hon. Charles Grey, son of Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey and Hon. Mary Elizabeth Ponsonby, on 26 July 1836.4 She died on 4 November 1890.4
     Her married name became Grey. She was appointed Lady, Royal Order of Victoria and Albert (V.A.)4 She held the office of Extra Bedchamber Woman to HM Queen Victoria.4

Mary Elizabeth Ponsonby, on 9 August 1832.1 She died on 14 September 1879.1 She died on 14 September 1879, without issue.2
     From 9 August 1832, her married name became Grey. After her marriage, Maria Copley was styled as Countess Grey on 17 July 1845.
