     Cordelia Mary Scott was the daughter of Major John A. Scott.2 She married Colonel Trevor Wheler, 11th Bt., son of General Sir Francis Wheler, 10th Bt. and Caroline Palmer, on 21 June 1852.1 She died on 15 May 1893.1
     From 21 June 1852, her married name became Wheler.

     Lt.-Col. Sir Edward Wheler, 12th Bt. was born on 5 December 1857.1 He is the son of Colonel Trevor Wheler, 11th Bt. and Cordelia Mary Scott.2 He married Mary Leontine Wood, daughter of Sir Richard Wood, on 4 July 1883.1 He died on 11 August 1903 at age 45.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 1st Battalion, Royal Sussex Regiment.1 He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Wheler, of City of Westminster, co. London [E., 1660] on 10 January 1900.1
