     Sir Hugh Ronald Walker, 4th Bt. was born on 13 December 1925.1 He was the son of Major Sir Cecil Edward Walker, 3rd Bt. and Violet McMaster.2 He married Norma Baird, daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Robert Douglas Baird, on 14 August 1971.1 He died on 10 January 2004 at age 78.3,4
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.1 He was commissioned in 1943 with the rank of officer, in the service of the Royal Artillery.1 He was 2 i/c of the Royal Artillery Range Benbecula, Outer Hebrides between 1964 and 1966.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Walker, of Pembroke House, Dublin [U.K., 1906] on 2 July 1964.1 He was commander of the No 1 Army Information Team Aden and Hong Kong between 1966 and 1968.4 He was commander of the No 1 Army Information Team Larkhill between 1969 and 1973.4 He retired from the military in 1973, with the rank of Major, late of the Royal Artillery.1 He lived at Ballinamona Stud, Hospital, Kilmallock, County Limerick, Ireland.1

     Norma Baird was the daughter of Lt.-Cdr. Robert Douglas Baird.2 She married Sir Hugh Ronald Walker, 4th Bt., son of Major Sir Cecil Edward Walker, 3rd Bt. and Violet McMaster, on 14 August 1971.1 She died on 23 December 2015.3
     From 14 August 1971, her married name became Walker.

     Sir Samuel Walker, 1st Bt. was born on 19 June 1832.1 He was the son of Alexander Walker.2 He married, firstly, Cecilia Charlotte Greene, daughter of Arthur Greene, on 9 October 1855.1 He married, secondly, Eleanor MacLaughlin, daughter of Reverend Alexander MacLaughlin, on 17 August 1881.1 He died on 13 August 1911 at age 79.1
     He was admitted to King's Inns Dublin in 1855 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He was appointed Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1872.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Londonderry between 1883 and 1885.1 He held the office of Solicitor-General [Ireland] between 1883 and 1885.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] in 1885.1 He held the office of Attorney-General [Ireland] between 1885 and 1886.1 He held the office of Lord Chancellor of Ireland between 1892 and 1895.1 He held the office of Lord Justice of Appeal between 1895 and 1905.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Westmeath.1 He held the office of Lord Chancellor of Ireland between 1905 and 1911.1 He was created 1st Baronet Walker, of Pembroke House, Dublin [U.K.] on 12 July 1906.1
