     General Sir Andrew Scott Waugh was born on 3 February 1810 at Edinbrugh, Midlothian, Scotland.2 He was the son of Gilbert Waugh and Charlotte Wahab.2 He married Josephine Morrison Graham on 8 June 1844 at Fot William, Bengal, India.2 He married Cecilia Eliza Adelaid Whitehead on 9 November 1870 at Parish Church, Walcot, Somerset, England.2 He died on 21 February 1878 at age 68 at 7 Petersham Terrace, London, England.2
     He held the office of Surveyor-General of India.2

     Robert Trotter of Catchelraw was born in 1518.1 He was the son of Thomas Trotter of Catchelraw and Jean Hepburn.2 He married Elizabeth Sinclair, daughter of Alexander Sinclair of Longformacus and Marion Forman.1 He died from July 1553 to 17 November 1558.3

     He was a merchant, and royalist.1 He lived at Morton Hall, Midlothian, ScotlandG.3 He had four younger sons and four daughters.1
